Terms of service

The service and deliverable

A US$149, US$199, or US$249 one-time purchase orders the selected level of a software-assisted research and analysis service. The defined deliverable is one source-linked Supply Market Brief. It is delivered through a private order session and can be downloaded as a PDF or copied. Access remains available for 30 days and may be recovered during that period by verifying the order reference and receipt email.

Educational and informational purpose

Fisher Signal provides independent educational research and general market context from approved public sources. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, law firm, customs broker, insurer, tax adviser, or fiduciary. A brief is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, hedge, or transact in any security, commodity, derivative, currency, contract, shipment, or other instrument.

Public-information and lawful-use boundary

Do not submit or request analysis of material nonpublic information, inside information, confidential corporate information, pending transactions, unpublished financial results, customer or shipment records, contracts, credentials, classified or controlled material, or other restricted data. Fisher Signal uses public, permitted information and may not be used to support unlawful trading, market manipulation, deceptive conduct, or other prohibited activity. If information may be material and nonpublic, do not share, analyze, confirm, or act on it through the service; stop and consult qualified legal or compliance counsel.

Market conduct and independent judgment

Calling the service educational does not authorize conduct prohibited by securities, commodities, market-abuse, sanctions, trade, or other applicable law. You are responsible for your own compliance controls, trading restrictions, professional advice, source verification, and decisions. Do not use a brief as the sole basis for a financial, investment, procurement, routing, insurance, contractual, or operational decision.

No assurance or binding outcome

A brief presents evidence-based analysis, probability scenarios, confidence levels, and conditions that may change. It is not an assurance, warranty, commitment, instruction, offer, quote, legally binding promise, or contract concerning any market movement, price, cost, availability, timing, compliance determination, supplier performance, transaction, operational result, or other outcome. No supplier, carrier, market participant, regulator, government, or third party is bound by a Fisher Signal brief.

Limited internal-use license

Your purchase grants the purchasing person or organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed brief internally for its own education and decision support. Reasonable internal sharing with employees and professional advisers who need the brief for that purpose is permitted. You may not resell, sublicense, syndicate, publish, publicly post, externally redistribute, white-label, scrape, bulk-copy, use as a commercial dataset, or use the brief or service output to train another model or competing product without prior written permission. Source publishers retain rights in their own materials; Fisher Signal retains rights in its software, templates, original analysis, and presentation.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate public context; keep the private order session secure; review the output; verify provider-specific facts and commercial terms; preserve source attribution and notices; and decide whether the brief is suitable before internal use.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass payment or generation limits, misuse third-party content, remove attribution or rights notices, misrepresent a brief as a guaranteed fact, or use the service for unlawful market manipulation, deceptive conduct, surveillance, discrimination, harm, or evasion of legal or compliance obligations.

International access and mandatory rights

You may use the service only where lawful and are responsible for laws that apply to you, including market-conduct, sanctions, export-control, trade, privacy, and professional requirements. Nothing in these terms limits consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction. Fisher Signal may restrict availability where local requirements cannot be supported.

Electronic acceptance

By selecting the acceptance control and submitting an order, you agree to transact electronically and to the terms displayed for that order. Keep the order confirmation and a copy of these terms for your records.

Availability, warranties, and liability

Current-source availability and third-party services can change. Reasonable quality and source checks are used, but public information may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service and each brief are provided without a guarantee of a particular outcome, and liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. No exclusion or limitation applies where applicable law does not permit it.

Changes

Material changes apply prospectively. The terms shown when an order is purchased govern that order, subject to non-waivable law.

Review before payment

Every inquiry must pass an Answerability Check before checkout. We review lawful data access, evidence, requested precision, and material blind spots. A partial assessment requires disclosure and acceptance of the supported scope and limitations; outstanding information requests prevent payment. We decline questions we cannot responsibly assess. Your purchase applies only to the approved scope. A revised question requires a new review.
