Privacy notice
What we collect
The hosted payment gateway and merchant processor collect card, billing, and receipt information under their own privacy terms. Fisher Signal never receives the full card number or card security code. We receive an order reference, payment status, amount, currency, and a limited transaction reference. To prepare the Supply Market Brief, we collect the organization or brand, affected markets or operations, audience, supply condition, and optional approved public source links you submit.
Do not submit sensitive data
Do not provide customer names, shipment identifiers, rates, contracts, personal information, credentials, classified or controlled material, or other confidential data. Fisher Signal is designed for public, non-confidential operational context only.
How data is used
Input is used only to verify the purchase, prepare the requested Supply Market Brief, prevent duplicate fulfillment, provide support, keep transaction records, and protect the service from misuse. Software-assisted research systems and our hosting provider process the input to search approved current public sources and structure the output. If you use purchase recovery, the receipt email is compared with the payment provider's transaction record and is not added to the brief database.
Retention
Brief inputs, generated output, source observations, forecast records, delivery metadata, and the private access-token hash are deleted or irreversibly cleared 30 days after payment. Private brief access expires at the same deadline. Payment, policy-acceptance, refund, and tax records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. The payment gateway and merchant processor apply their own retention terms.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or early deletion of Fisher Signal-held brief content through support. A request must be verified using the private order session or limited receipt details. Some transaction and consent records cannot be deleted while legal retention or an active dispute applies.
Checkout drafts
The pricing question builder keeps your public subject and question selections in this browser tab so they can carry into checkout. When you choose Save draft in this tab, your public brief details are also saved in session storage. Both expire after 24 hours, checked when loaded. Clear draft removes them; closing the tab normally ends the session. Saving a draft does not submit an inquiry or place an order. Payment details, policy acceptance and review approval are never stored in a draft.
Support questions
The free guided service matches questions to our support information without sending them to an AI provider. When the optional AI assistant is enabled, questions and up to six recent conversation exchanges are sent to OpenAI to compose answers from approved site information. Up to twelve chat exchanges are stored in this browser tab’s session storage for continuity across pages and refreshes, with a 30-minute inactivity expiry checked when the assistant loads and before a new message. Clear conversation removes them; closing the browser tab normally ends the session. Unsubmitted chat messages, payment fields and private form fields are not stored. Public question details submitted during the drafting conversation are kept with the chat. Up to six recent customer messages and assistant replies, the public page path, the conversation topic and any active public question draft accompany a follow-up to provide context. Private URLs, access tokens and form contents are not included. Fisher Signal does not save support questions or answers to its database. We keep an aggregate daily request count for usage limits and use temporary request limits to prevent abuse. Our hosting and AI providers may process technical data under their own policies. Do not enter personal, payment, receipt or confidential information. The assistant cannot access orders or submit messages to a person.
Pre-payment inquiry review
We store the public context you submit, requested precision, review decision, evidence references, and your scope acceptance. Unpurchased inquiries expire after seven days. Purchased inquiries remain available for the order access period, up to 31 days from checkout. Expired content is removed by the retention process. Keep the private inquiry link secure; we do not send automatic review notifications.
