Refund policy

System failure

If Fisher Signal cannot prepare and deliver the purchased Supply Market Brief after reasonable retries, contact support within seven calendar days of purchase for a full refund.

Before completion

If you paid accidentally and have not completed the brief, contact support promptly. We will refund an unused order when the request can be verified.

Completed orders

Because the product is a customized digital service delivered immediately, completed orders are generally not refundable for preference, change of mind, or buyer-supplied errors. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

How to request a refund

Use the support address on your card receipt and include the purchase date and order reference. Do not send card or bank details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card through the payment gateway.
